• Candidates should be bilingual, probably have an experience working in a BPO.
• Should be flexible to work in shifts and public holidays
• This is a contact center role based in the banks premises and not in a branch, make sure it is clarified to the job seekers
• Salary to be offered: AED 6k (with Self benefits only)
• Make sure your candidates are aware that this is a temporary role and to be extended based on the performance.
• Mandate salary account with FAB
• Joining date should be no later than 23rd March 2020
• The candidates should have strong communication skills as they will be the front face to the customers though on calls
• Contract term: 3 months (extendable based on performance)
