Job Responsibilities:
• Define architectural blueprint for new initiatives and rollouts in line with the business strategy.
• Producing system design in line with business and technical requirement.
• Drive maximum reusability and standardization through Architecture blueprints and system design including process and workflow design.
• Ensure Architecture and Designs are compliant to Global and Local regulations.
• Define the archival and retention/disposal processes and solutions.
• Provide expertise to the wider technology team on ECM initiatives.
• Planning platform upgrades and migration from legacy ECM solutions.
• Define the strategy for Cloud migration including transition roadmap and lead the migration to Cloud.

Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 15 years of IT experience with at least 10 years of experience on ECM solutions specifically Documentum (Content Server, Captiva, WebTop/DAM/DA/D2/DFC) and SharePoint.
• Documentum implementation experience in a standalone and multi-entity large volume setup.
• Should have experience in adhering/implementing cross country regulation around content management system.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate into successful system designs.
• DMS transition to Cloud (AWS/Azure/Hybrid).
• Experience of Cloud technologies as it relates to ECM.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL server, Apache Tomcat, Linux and Windows Server is a must.
• Strong understanding of fundamentals of Access Controls and Application security mechanisms.
• Must have prior experience of designing and implementation Documentum for a large bank with multi-country operations.
• Strong Verbal & Written Communication is a must.
• Experience with SharePoint and other Cloud based ECM platforms (such as Alfresco) would be an added advantage.
