IT based degree, university degree, or equivalent work experience required.

• Strong problem solving abilities with the ability to use

• 2-5 years work experience in a first level IT Help Desk role.

• Experience in relevant Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, outlook, mobile devices, VPN technologies

• Experience in Banking Applications and Microsoft platforms (Preferred)

• PC repair and troubleshooting skills, Microsoft related certification is preferred.

• Service oriented mentality with a strong customer focus.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences.


Technical/Functional:
• Expertise in End user technologies
• Strong understanding on the technical aspects of mobile devices.
• Familiar with data transfers from IOS to Android and vice versa.
• Strong understanding of Avaya and Polycom functionalities.
• Familiar with latest EUS devices/platforms in the market.
•Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
Managerial:
• Customer oriented work ethic, shows ownership and results orientation

• Ability to work across organization at all levels
• Ability to influence and listen to team members and peers.
• Experience in coordinating, facilitating and influencing management

• Experience in contributing to and executing ITIL maturity uplift plans or roadmaps
