A. To be involved in designing, implementing Azure Cloud First Approach.
B. Migration of ON Premise workloads to Azure using Azure Site Recovery
C. Azure Security Center recommendation and Implementation.
D. Azure Network Security Design and Implementation, Web Apps, Paas Services, Azure Data Factory, Recovery Services Vault.
E. Managing Office 365, SharePoint Services.
F. Managing ON Premise Wintel Servers, vCenter , ESXi Hosts and Storage
G. Managing Active Directory, DNS and Other Application Servers.
H. Patching of Servers in ON Premise and Azure Cloud.
I. Monitoring of Servers Health, Web Site Monitoring for Mission Critical Apps.
J. Azure Backup includes VM, SQL DB Backups.
K. Azure Cost Optimization.
L. To identify and analyze the issues that hamper the performance of the system, and to work in close coordination with the product development team and recommend the solutions for the issues.
M. To work on support tickets and task

• Prepare and present inputs related to organizational/ departmental/ project budgets to the next reporting line.
• Manage and control the actual cost verses budget on periodic basis and provide financial reports/data related to the department/ divisional/ project’s financial performance.

(Expected and desirable for Position Level Manager and above roles)
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and processes for the respective function/department and ensure reviewing and keeping the existing ones updated as part of the ‘continuous process improvement’.
• Manage implementation of relevant electronic systems to bring efficiency and effectiveness existing processes.
• Set objectives/ KPIs/ milestones for the respective department/ function and conduct appraisals for direct reports on Electronic Performance Management System.

• Ensure that team members are provided learning and career development opportunities by identifying successors within the team, preparing them for the next accountable roles and recommending them for external trainings whenever required in consultation with HR Department.
• Ensure that productivity and service delivery of the department is improved on continuous basis by keeping team members motivated and retained.
