Experience as a Desktop Management Engineer, providing Windows Desktop application deployment solution and support in a large environment using Altiris and SCCM.

Thorough understanding of Active Directory; including replication, GPO and DNS.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft SCCM.

Extensive knowledge of Windows operating system patching, enterprise class desktop hardware and software such as, Windows 10, Mobile Device OS and antivirus. Remote management and troubleshooting, Asset management and inventory.

Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking for LAN and WAN.

Strong understanding of enterprise anti-virus solutions, endpoint data protection, and encryption.

Advanced knowledge of registry, permissions, and drivers and software required.
Knowledge of core Infrastructure services and functions (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, etc.).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience with at least 5 years in an IT role focusing relevant Microsoft technologies.
- 3 year experience focused on Enterprise Monitoring technologies.
- 3 year of experience with Virtualization configuration, support, deployment.
- 3 year of experience with various SW deployment methodologies.
- Expertise in backup and recovery methods for all version of SQL.
- Proficient with system performance measuring and monitoring.
- Proficient with IIS, web customization, and encryption.
- Strong understanding of networking infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN) and protocols (TCP/IP, WINS).
- Experience in working with formal Patch Management and Change Control Systems.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting.
