To ensure the Projects and Change required from IT functions are aligned and managed towards the overall PB strategy, as well as plan and prioritize in the most efficient manner in order to achieve optimal usage of resources and deliver maximum Business benefits.
Provide Governance and Management of the Business demand and be a SPOC to align with all Service Owners / delivery manager and prioritize IT delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Manage relationship with the business units with respect to their new requirements (Projects, system enhancement requests, availability and disaster recovery requirements, infrastructure requirement, etc.).
• Plan and Prioritize the Demand based on the Business criticality, regulatory changes impact and optimize the resources in the most efficient way.
• Plan and prioritize the monthly demand of Requirements / Production Requirement Maintenance according to Business/financial impacts.
• Analyze and ensure the Projects and Change Requirement from the Technology Service Function are aligned and managed towards the overall strategy.
• Provide governance and management of the demand pipeline, and ensure coordination with Business functions to capture, structure, align and plan business demand.
• Provide a consolidate data dashboard at Personal Banking domain level for the consumption by senior stakeholders in IT and Business
• Coordinate with Service Owners / delivery manager across service units regarding their IT demand and deliverables.
• Develop, define and Implement the overall IT demand MGMT structure and processes.
• Develop a communication and governance structure in line with IT & Business and aligns demand and effectively manage the capacity.
• Set budget and resource requirements across service lines.
• Ensure IT demand (Infra Upgrade, PCI DSS Requirements, AWS Migration etc.) are planned and managed optimally.
• Develop and maintain a project and enhancement roadmap based on the demand based on the business priority, IT Capacity, technical dependencies and ongoing projects.
• Prepare and maintain a project portfolio view for upcoming project and IT expenditure to facilitate the required Budget & Financial approval.
• Develop KPI’s for Demand MGMT.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all IT demand related issues to MGMT.
• Develop reports and dashboards to create transparency and tracking of all projects and change requests.
• Provide effective decision support on a financial and risk basis for IT MGMT team.

What we are looking for
• 12+ years of IT experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• 5+ years of experience in Project MGMT. of large IT projects.
• Experience in Release MGMT and some exposure to IT operations MGMT and good knowledge on IT Governance.
• Strong banking background with at-least 5+years in a senior MGMT role.
• Good communication skills to build a good relationship across Business units.
• Must have an understanding of wider functions in the bank to understand, evaluate and judge the IT requirements of different business banking unit.
• Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education
