4 JOB PURPOSE The responsibility of this position will entail first level support for issues related to channel applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as first level support for digital channel applications
• Ensure proper working of live system without interrupting any services to customers.
• Support channel & T24 environments and all related processes.
• Understand Production issues, analyse, resolve within stipulated time frame and act as required.
• Job will entail understanding the business needs and
requirements, as well as functional specifications.
• Perform day to day operations and processes to support smooth business operation.
• Participate in roll out of Business changes/ projects.
• Meet targets set by the team lead and work continuously to enable ITD to meet its goal.
• To ensure resolutions are documented in HelpDesk / Support Run Guide.
• Participate in BCP, DR Validation, and Internal/External Audits.
• To ensure safety, security and integrity of enterprise data.
• To ensure satisfactory audit ratings through strict adherence of policies, processes and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
10 QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree or equivalent in IT Related subjects
• ITIL certification (Not mandatory)
11 EXPERIENCE • Minimum 3 years of T24 production support experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Channel application support experience.
• Good knowledge of Temenos T24 Core Banking System.
• Good Banking knowledge.
• Knowledge in mobile banking applications
• Knowledge in Card Management and ATM driving solutions
12 SKILLS • Good understanding of overall T24 architecture.
13 COMPETENCIES • Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
