JD/Role and Responsibilities.
• Corporate & Investment Banking work stream project management and support for new branch to be setup in Shanghai - end to end responsibility
• Support to Shanghai, Singapore and UAE teams for the CIB work stream
• Day to day coordination with all required stakeholders within CIB and enablement functions
• Tracking of the CIB Key milestones
• Coordination with product teams in Head Office, Singapore office and Shanghai office
• Assistance in development of business plan and strategy for CIB
• Coordination with consultants / advisors / partners on behalf of the CIB team
• Coordination of BRD / Design Document / UAT signoffs for CIB, as required
• Delivery of CIB policies and procedures customization for Shanghai via identified team
• Product collateral (forms, documents etc) customization – Coordination of process and ensuring delivery
• Tracking of recruitment process for CIB
• Early alerts on slippages of any CIB or enablement process where CIB has a dependency
• Coordination of system access for CIB team
• Coordination of training delivery
• Coordination of launch event
