• Minimum 3-4 Upgrade Experience from 12.1.x to 12.2.x
• Should have 10+ Experience in implementation and upgrade Experience
• Should have a sound knowledge of Core HR/ SSHR / Absence Management / Payroll / Performance Management /iRecruitment Modules.
• Should be Expert in AME Configuration , Supervisor Hierarchy and Position Hierarchy setups.
• Should have experience in configuring Fast Formulas , Elements , Payroll configuration, retro and carry over setup.
• Should be expert in PL/SQL +RICEW + OAF
• Should be good in invoking webservice through ISG.
• should have experience to reconfigure Payroll setup.
•Should have Argos reporting experience.
